Feedback is one of the rewards you receive for your hard work, which can be negative or positive. Sometimes negative reviews teach you what you may have missed while doing your job, so let me explain how to respond to them.
People write negative reviews with many intentions:

- They didn’t get what they wanted.
- His work is good but he needs a little more attention.
- Don’t worry about the result.
People need negative feedback more than positive because it motivates them to work harder. In addition, they feel inferior to the person who gave them negative feedback if it was from one of the people performing the same task. So all of that inspires them to work harder to achieve what they were supposed to do.
Sometimes positive reviews may not be the genuine feedback of the people who gave them; sometimes they toast for a reason, perhaps seeking a favor from the reviewer.
The genuine bad review could be due to the reality in you to help you improve your work after finding the bugs where you needed correction so that it becomes a real help to you.

Some people feel that they could not do well in the same task that you have done, so your success made them think that they are insufficient and inferior to you; therefore, they were looking for a way to hurt you and took this opportunity to hurt you by giving you the lousy review.
I have a business page on Facebook where I post new things about my business every day; some relatives of mine look at those who say they don’t have to prove themselves. They want to say that they are doing well and that they do not have to send anything to demonstrate their abilities like I did. I look at that, and I feel sorry for them, thinking that they don’t know what a business means and the things you have to do to run your business. to the world. I must insist that a company without marketing is not a business but a hobby.

Some people feel worthless for no reason just because they haven’t seen success; they try to harm others by giving bad reviews. So if you’re thoughtful, you should ignore their lousy attitude, make the best use of the bad review, and learn your mistakes from there. I am not trying to say that it will not harm you, but you should take its positive side to use it yourself.
People feel jealous of successful people and try to put them down to make themselves happy. They do this hoping to ruin your happiness, but if you are a successful person who has seen satisfaction and happiness in your work, never get hurt by the opinions of others, but take it as a lesson.
You have done something and published it with the expectation of good reviews, so you realize that in itself it is a victory for you. Many of us can do nothing to that extent but stay in our comfort zone and seek to harm other hard workers by doing this. So, you should be happy and proud of yourself, ignore the haters and learn the good things from anyone, as that is the only thing that will help you progress further and further in life.
Another way to make your enemy happy is to not show your success in front of him wherever you find him.
So it’s the best way to avoid negative people; Even if it’s not entirely possible, you should do your best.
Nothing is unusual in our life; some want to give negative reviews for some reason, and maybe that makes them feel better. But at the same time, people who have a genuine interest in you due to a caring attitude give a negative response, but it will have a subtle effect on you.
So if you’re smart, take the best of it to learn more and then ignore and forget the rest. Sometimes people who receive negative reviews write to them in a friendly way and ask why.
The only way is to stay calm and handle it professionally so you don’t lose anything, but make sure to improve your work to get better feedback in the future.
Then wait until your business is big enough that the enemies won’t stop you, and when you go past a high level they will start following you and speaking well of you everywhere to spread the word about you.

It would help if you had a more assertive personality so that anyone who wants to intentionally hurt you will eventually let you down and stop doing bad things.
